Payments

SimSoftX does not store any payment information (e.g. Credit Cards, etc...). All transactions are made by secured third party payment systems (e.g. Paypal, Google Wallet, etc..).

User Information

Names and Emails submitted to SimSoftX by users are sorely used to contact the end user with either a license or products updates (if the user wishes it) and are not used for any other purpose nor this information is sold to any companies. Names and Emails are kept in a secured location.

SimSoftX will share this information with law enforcement authorities in the event of an investigation (e.g. unauthorized transactions, etc...).

SimSoftX reserves the rights to change the above policies at any time, and such changes will be announced in the Home page.
